find them easily. They will be coded as the first 2 letters of the world
followed by the first letter of the section (race, percentage, task, combo = R,
P, T, C) and then the number of the level for the boss level use BS and for the
bonus level use BN and for the Orbit bonus levels use BN plus the number.

Walkthrough Part 1, Hints (you should read this part first)

PLEASE READ THE FIRST PARAGRAPH BEFORE LOOKING AT THE ACTUAL WALKTHROUGH---.

I am making each level FAQ into a few different parts. The first part shows the
allotted time, minimum percentage needed at the end, and the amount of beacons
needed to light up. The 2nd part is how to just get through the level to unlock
the next level. The 3rd part shows the minimum requirements to get first place
and how many points are given for each section. The 4th and final part gives an
explanation on how to beat out the first place score and get your own first
place to start unlocking everything in the game. Basically the scheme will look
like this:

These are little things in the game you'll find out eventually but I’m putting
it here anyway:

There are a few different types of platforms. The first type is a square,
checkered platform where you just touch it with the designated color and it
lights up the beacon. The 2nd type is a circle switch where you touch it with
the designated color and it activates the switch and/or lights up the beacon.
The 3rd type is a weight platform; you must touch the platform with the
designated color AND with a designated amount of weight.


Setting up the camera at "Snap 90" helps a lot, believe me.


There are 7 different colors of mercury

blue, cyan, green, purple, red, silver, yellow

red + blue = purple
red + green = yellow
blue + green = cyan
blue + red + green = silver
any color + silver = silver

combination colors:
blue + yellow =
red + cyan = silver
green + purple =


Paintshops will change the color of your mercury if you pass through them.


The points system: Every second is 100 points, so 10 seconds is 1,000 points,
and half a second is 50 points. Each percent of mercury is 25 points, thus when
you finish with 100% mercury you receive 2,500 points. Every beacon lit is 500
points.


There will be some doors called filtered doors which you can only go through if
you are the same color as them.


Jacob's ladder is the tesla coil. The trick to it is that it will ONLY zap you
if you go near it when the electricity hits the top, otherwise you can pass by
without it zapping you.


Stan is a cube that rolls around. Whenever he hits something, whether if it's a
wall or if it's you, he'll stop and turn to the right.


Beware of the mercoids. they literally eat your mercury bit by bit, 6-8% at a
time to be exact, where every 4 bites takes 25% and 16 bites can make your 100%
of mercury become nothing. You'll also notice that they're smaller than your
blob of mercury but can still eat the entire thing. A stomach that compresses
its food... I need this when I go to chinese buffets.

Walkthrough Part 2, the Levels
================================================================================

1. Neon:


Race 1 [NER1]

Time: 50s
Percentage: 1%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Very easy. Just hold right when you start till you hit the
right wall, then follow the walls around the right and bottom till you get to
the left wall and touch the square platform lighting the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 48.50 = 4,850 X1
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 7,850

Basically, when you start just hold directional up-left till you hit the top
part of the platform, then immediately hold directional down-left and you'll
hit the square platform.

Race 2 [NER2]

Time: 45s
Percentage: 1%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: A big tip in this level right off the bat is to rotate the
camera 180 degrees so you can see all of the balls of mercury when they land
on the ground. First let all three blobs hit the ground, then push all of them
to one side so that they all merge with one another to make a silver ball of
mercury. After you've combined them wait for the moving platform underneath
you to come out so you can drop down it and the other platform and hit the
square platform lighting the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 41.60 = 4,160 X1
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 7,160

Rotate the camera 180 degrees so you can see the balls of mercury. A split
second before the blobs hit the ground, immediately shift them to one side.
Then, right after two of the blobs mix, immediately shift to the other side
while tilting forward a bit towards the end platform. This mixes the blobs
into silver a bit faster and gets you closer to the platform. Then just tilt
towards the square platform and let it drop right on it. At first you might
find yourself overshooting the platform and falling over the edge past the
beacon so just tilt back a bit right before you drop down the final ledge.

Race 3 [NER3]

Time: 40s
Percentage: 1%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Just follow the moving conveyor belts around till you go
through the yellow paintshop. Then follow the belts around once more and go
through the yellow gate and hit the square platform to activate the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 33.00 = 3,300 X1
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 6,300

Follow around the conveyor belts 3/4 of the way till you're in the top-left
corner. Then as you're going right towards the paintshop make sure that the
mercury hits the corner on the top wall making it expand, then once it's
expanded hold down to try to get the blob to hit the gate and the paintshop at
the same time. Remember, don't worry about getting the entire blob in at once;
you only need a dot of mercury to touch the square platform to activate it.

Percentage 1 [NEP1]

Time: 40s
Percentage: 60%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: First off put the camera in an eagle's eye view; it makes the
level much easier. Hold left at the start till you get to the edge, then hold
down till you get to the weighted switch, very, very simple.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 35.00 = 3,500
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X1
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 6,500


Follow the walkthrough above, just go fast.

Percentage 2 [NEP2]

Time: 60s
Percentage: 50%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: First off rotate the camera 90 degrees to the right, then move
the blob of mercury right in front of the bridge. Move a bit onto the lower
part of the bridge so that it falls down and becomes completely horizontal,
letting you cross it and hit the weighted switch (which you need 50% to
activate) on the other side.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 54.50 = 5,450
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X1
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 8,450

Follow the steps above, just when you start dropping the blob onto the bridge,
hold left as soon as you have a little bit of mercury on the bridge, then hold
right again right before the bridge falls so that you get the most speed
towards the weighted switch and get a fast enough time to get first place.

Percentage 3 [NEP3]

Time: 50s
Percentage: 25%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: First off put the camera in an eagle's eye view and zoom the
camera out a bit. Then follow the circular path around till you get to the
blue paintshop and then follow the path back to the top where you'll hit the
weighted switch.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 38.90 = 3,890
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X1
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 6,890

Same steps as above, just make sure you cut close every turn you make and
each time you're changing direction make long curves so that you don't slow
down one bit and keep top speed all the time. Just go around the circle one
way only, either clockwise or counter-clockwise and when you get back to the
top where the weighted switch is, remember to cut the corners and make the
straightest line you can without falling over the sides.

Task 1 [NET1]

Time: 40s
Percentage: 1%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Quite possibly the easiest level in this game. Just hold up!

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 37.40 = 3,740
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500 X1
Minimum Total: 6,740

Getting first will seem very hard if you're just holding up the entire time.
The trick to getting first is to hold left when you start to get the green
blob a bit into the gap before you hold directional up-right to get the red
in. This gives you plenty of time to beat the 37.4 second limit. I beat this
with 38.06 seconds left easily.

Task 2 [NET2]

Time: 40s
Percentage: 1%
Beacons: 2

Getting through: Use the eagle's eye and view yet again. Hold up till you hit
the silver switch, then head into the gate that you just opened up. Head for
the red paintshop so you can go through the red gate and hit the red switch on
the other side.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 32.60 = 3,260
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 2 = 1,000 X1
Minimum Total: 6,760

Same as above, for cutting off time: hold up as soon as you start, right
before you hit the silver switch hold down to just tap the switch, then head
straight for the gate with a little curve so you can accelerate faster towards
the paintshop, then right before you hit the paintshop hold down and a little
right to slow down and start accelerating towards the red gate.

Task 3 [NET3]

Time: 50s
Percentage: 1%
Beacons: 3

Getting through: Eagle's eye view. Move right till you are right above the
triangle, then use it to split the silver mercury into two blobs and have each
one hit the paintshop on each side. Then bring the blobs to the other side to
mix them into the color that's on the switch, hit the switch, then go through
the gate to the next section and where you repeat the steps again, and again
for the section after that.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 27.45 = 2,745
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 3 = 1,500 X1
Minimum Total: 6,745

When you first enter the section head straight towards the tip of the triangle
so that you won't lose any speed but you'll still split up the silver mercury.
The blobs should be on the bottom right corners of the section, you just have
to hold left to get them into the paintshops and then hold up and left to mix
them together. Repeat for the next section and the section after that. You
should specifically use this level to get used to finding small little
shortcuts to mixing two blobs of mercury together faster.

Combo 1 [NEC1]

Time: 85s
Percentage: 60%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: First rotate the camera 180 degrees. Wait for the platform to
reach you then board it and wait for it to reach the other side. When it does
head towards the cyan paintshop and wait for next platform to reach you, board
it, then hit the weighted platform on the other side.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 64.00 = 6,400 X1 65.75 = 6,575 X1
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X1 93% = 2,325 X1
Beacons: 1 = 500 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 9,400 9,400

If you're trying to complete this level the regular way you'll notice it's
impossible to get 9,400 points and beat it with 64 seconds remaining. What you
need to do is when you get on the first platform wait for the other platform
to touch the left side, then when both are in the gap you have to jump from
one platform to the other, then quickly touch the cyan paintshop and get back
onto the second platform without dropping mercury unless it's a VERY scarce
amount, otherwise you won't have enough time to beat the level. A few tips
are when you jump the platforms, make sure they're right on top of each other
so you can hold up and get the most amount of speed possible so that you don't
lose any mercury. Then when you reach for the cyan paintshop just let a little
bit touch it so you can quickly get back onto the platform without losing any
mercury.

Combo 2 [NEC2]

Time: 65s
Percentage: 60%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Use the eagle's eye view and zoom out a little. Hold up till
the silver mercury splits into two for the green and red paintshops and hits
the corners. Then hold down till the green hits the wall and the red hits the
conveyor belt, then hold down again to hit the red switch to open up the gate,
all the while the green blob won't move at all. Then while the red blob is
wedged in the bottom right corner hold right to bring the green blob over the
conveyor belt and to the green switch. After you hit the switch put the blob
into the 3-sided corner so you can move the red blob across the conveyor belt
and merge it with the green blob making it a yellow blob. Then all you have to
do is move it through the yellow gate and onto the weighted platform.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 51.00 = 5,100
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X1
Beacons: 1 = 500 X1
Minimum Total: 8,100

Same steps as above, just for the first step, make sure that the 2 newly
painted blobs are snug in their corners before you press down, otherwise
they'll fall off the platform killing any chance you have of getting first.
Another tip is that when you bring the red blob across the conveyor belt,
right before the end bring out the green blob so that they mix faster.

Boss [NEBS]

Time: 95s
Percentage: 30%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: This is the first level in which mercoids are introduced. First
off, use the eagle's eye view and zoom out a little. Hold right to hit the
switch and go into the teleporter. When you come out follow the arrows around
to the switch and then go through the gate where you'll follow the arrows
around this circle to go through the cyan paintshop and then go through the
cyan gate. Now you have two options, look here for the first option, which is
the easiest way to just get through the level, and look at the first place
option for getting first.
OPTION 1: tap the switch and then head straight left through the cyan gate
and into the teleporter, then when you exit on the other side hold down and
hit the weighted cyan switch to light the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 65.00 = 6,500 X1 68.00 = 6,800 X1
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X1 88% = 2,200 X1
Beacons: 1 = 500 X1 1 = 500 X1
Minimum Total: 9,500 9,500

Look above through the walkthrough to see why there's an "option 2" here.
OPTION 2: tap the switch and then immediately hold up and right to go through
the mercoid without losing any mercury over the edge from when it takes a bite
out of you and possibly splits you up. Actually, with this technique, when the
mercoid bites you, one piece will go towards the weighted beacon and the other
piece will go back through the cyan gate, making sure that the mercoid won't
eat any more mercury and that no blob falls off the edge. Once past the
mercoid, just hit the weighted switch to light up the beacon. Remember, you
move faster when you don't hit any walls, so when you're going around the
straight parts of the circles don't rub up against any walls.

Bonus [NEBN]

Time: 60s
Percentage: 40%
Beacons: 6

Getting through: You start off at x. There's a mercoid in this level, but if
you're going semi-fast (but you'll probably be going full speed in this level)
you don't have to worry about it at all. You'll be hitting the green switches
in order as I’m showing in my crude 5-bit picture just below. From the start
head to G1, then down and around the barrier to G2, then turn the camera
around 180 degrees to see where you're going. Use the conveyor belt next to
you to shoot across the level to G3, the green switch placed on the wall. Once
that's hit go down and around the barrier to hit G4. Once again turn the
camera around 180 degrees. Head for the blue paintshop and then head back
towards where you started to hit the blue switch, which will turn the green
paintshop into a purple paintshop, where you will be heading next. After that
go down and drop down to the bottom of the conveyor belt where you started.
Use that to hit the purple switch on the wall across the level to light the
6th and final beacon.

To get first, follow the steps above, just go fast, that's all. You'll get
first place after trying a few times.

2. Quartz:


Race 1 [QUR1]

Time: 12s
Percentage: 4%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Just follow the board through the top right to get to the end.
There are no tricks or gimmicks, just get to the end without dying.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 6.35 = 635 X2
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 4,270

When you start off hold diagonal up-right going parallel with the long part
of the wall in front of you, then right before the end of that wall cut
straight right so that you're parallel with the top side of the bit square
hole. Then right before the end of the chasm cut in almost completely straight
up, a little to the right, so that from where you leave the hole there's a
straight line heading directly towards the square pad. This trick will cut
down enough time for you to get to the end and take first place. I've gotten
4,334 points this way.

Race 2 [QUR2]

Time: 77s
Percentage: 4%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Getting through is very simple; just follow the path to the
square platform at the end.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 41.50 = 4,150 X2
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 11,300

The fastest way to move around is to use the smallest amount of mercury. With
that in mind, to get first, hold right when you start, then when you first
have to make a u-turn to go through the first windy section, split off a dot
of mercury to go through the level, and then use the D-pad to focus in on it.
Doing the split here will ensure that you don't lose the mercury you left
behind and you can go fast. On the straightaways don't hit the walls, and on
the u-turn curves use the insides of the curves to slingshot you around.

Race 3 [QUR3]

Time: 49s
Percentage: 4%
Beacons: 3

Getting through: This is the first level in where Stan is introduced. Start by
going right and up through the gate, then go straight towards the upper-right
corner of the board. There, you'll go left to hit the first green switch, then
diagonal down-left into the next part. Here though, you have to wait for Stan
to hit the top wall and then enter the 3x1 crevice, and then wait for Stan to
go three squares down so you can pass him and go up and around the barrier
where you will then hit the green switch. Go through the gate to your right,
go down the left side, then go through that gate and head for the square
platform to light the final beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 25.00 = 2,500 X2
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 3 = 1,500
Minimum Total: 9,000

Follow the steps above, just go fast. There are no secrets.

Percentage 1 [QUP1]

Time: 20s
Percentage: 50%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Very, very simple. Just go down the ramp to go through the grey
paintshop, then go through the teleporter, and once you come out the other
side you'll be on top of the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 15.00 = 1,500
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X2
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 7,000

Basically, head towards the grey paintshop, then immediately hold left to go
back up the ramp where you came from and land on the weighted switch. To get
the best time of course, hold left before you hit the paintshop so just a bit
touches it and you waste less time going back towards the switch.

Percentage 2 [QUP2]

Time: 48s
Percentage: 50%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: Hold up to bring your mercury to the top wall, then wait for
the pile drivers to hit before going past it. A good idea is to wait for the
second pile driver to hit and not to try to get past both in one try, you're
just trying to finish the level here. Once past the pile drivers, head onto
the moving platform once it touches where you are, then follow the 4 moving
platforms all the way up (and take your time, you have it) to the weighted
switch to light the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 28.00 = 2,800
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X2
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 8,300

The trick to this level is to not bring all of the mercury with you through
the level. What you need to do is when you first start, split the mercury into
two parts on the corner in front of you on the left. Make sure that you have
at least, but close to half of the mercury going through the level with you so
you have enough to activate the weighted switch at the end. With the bottom
blob stuck in the corner, you can move the main blob to the top wall and
through the level without it falling off the edge letting you maintain 100%
mercury and still have enough time to get first. But anyway, after you move
the main blob to the top wall, send it past the first pile driver, wait for
the next one to lift up, then go past that one as well. Then when the bottom
platform touches move onto it. Now all you have to do is do a curved zigzag
to go up all 4 platforms to make it to the beacon without losing any mercury.
A big tip for this level is to use the D-pad to focus on the main blob once
it's separated as you don't need to worry about the other blob at that point.

Getting through: Start by hitting the red switch to your left, then go through
the red gate you just opened. Just follow the level counter-clockwise around

your mercury off the stage) and then follow the level back to near the
beginning, then go through up through the red gate you just opened up to hit
the weighted switch and light the beacon. You must keep 75% to win, so take
your time if you're not going for first place.

Getting through: Move 1 square to the left, then up one to trap the blue mercury
in the yellow gate, then you can move the red blob up and through the red gate

gate go into the vacuum pipe, and on the other end go through the yellow
paintshop. Go back into the vacuum pipe, and on the other end go through the
yellow gate, mix with the blue blob to become silver and then go through the
silver gate and hit the silver switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

This is fun: What you have to do is hold up and a little to the right so that
the blue blob of mercury will stay in the elevated corner while part of the
red blob can pass through the gate before it turns purple. Then once there,
since it's a smaller piece it will not only move faster, but it will be
extremely faster to pick up through the vacuum pipe. Then once through and
back the pipe, mix the colors together to make silver and finish up the level.

Getting through: Do this very slowly just to get the hang of it, then you can
speed it up to finish the level:

basically, you're moving the blue and green down and out and up first, then
moving the blue into the gap while bringing out the red, then moving up the
blue so it stays where it is as you further bring out the red, then moving
the green and red closer, then pushing the blue and red into the beacon area,
and then finally moving in the green and into the beacon area.

Getting through: First go into an eagle's eye view. For this level, first bring
down the blue blob of mercury, and just before it goes through the spinner
hold left so that the blue piece will finish going through the spinner AND
the red blob will go off to the side so that it doesn't mix into purple. Then
bring the blue blob over and tilt the red blob into the spinner to put it with
it's corresponding switch. Then hold right to make both blobs hit their
switches, which will open up the gates in the middle. Then just lead both
blobs through the spinner into the middle to mix into purple where you'll hit
the purple switch to light the beacon.

The easiest way that I’ve tried to get first is to first bring the blue blob
through the spinner, but when it's halfway through the spinner let a bit get
cut off in the middle so that there's a little blue blob sitting there. Then
when the blue blob is in the bottom, bring it towards the blue switch, and at
this point the blue blob should be right next to the red blob so be careful.
Then bring the blob(s) back towards the spinner where you will bring the red
blob through it, and do the same thing with the red blob at the top of the
spinner; cut off a piece so one goes towards the red switch and the other goes
towards the middle to mix with the blue blob you left behind earlier to make
purple. Then all you have to do is hit the red switch and the gates will open
up and let your already purple blob hit the switch to light the beacon.

Getting through: Switch into an eagle's eye view. Start by bringing the red blob
out without letting out the silver blob, and then hold left until you hit the
red switch. Now you can hold up to let out the silver blob and bring it to the
red blob to combine it (the red blob should be frozen near the red switch)
into one big silver blob. Once combined, bring it down and towards the path
under you and to the left. Then just follow the path and you'll end up at the
silver weighted switch to light the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 33.00 = 3,300 X2
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X2
Beacons: 2 = 1,000
Minimum Total: 12,600

Switch into an eagle's eye view. First off, you need to bring out a little
silver while you're bringing out the red blob. To do this just start off by
holding up and slightly left, then as the silver blob goes through the gate
bring it up to where the bottom level connects to the top one, but don't bring
it up to the top level. Right before it touches the connecter, the red gate
should be opening, so hold left to bring the red mercury through the gate and
towards the switch while the silver mercury goes in the same direction. When
the red blob hits the switch, hold directional down and right to bring the
red mercury to the lower level. Now this will cut down time: see where the
path is? See the opening to the path where there's 2 corners, one on top and
one on bottom? Wedge the red blob into the one on top and then move the silver
blob towards it to mix them together. The only thing left to do is follow the
path down and hit the weighted switch to light the beacon.

Getting through: Zoom out a bit and use an eagle's eye view. TAKE YOUR TIME IN
THIS LEVEL; you have a large amount of time to beat it. Follow the path to
your right and wait for the pile driver to hit before passing it to touch the
red paintshop before you return back to the start, where you'll go through the
red gate and go around the windy path. Wait for the sliding gates to open
before passing through the 3, then hit the red switch to your right to open
up the gate, then go through it and hit the red switch at the end of the path.
Return to the gate and go left, then go through the gate you just opened up
and hold up to go past a very cool part, and then finally you'll hit the
weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 55.00 = 5,500
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X2
Beacons: 1 500 X2
Minimum Total: 11,500

This is an annoying level, as you need, I repeat NEED to keep all 100% of your
mercury. So do the level as I wrote it above, just do it faster. A tip for
this level as well as any other level is to go slower around the parts where
you're not yet comfortable with and go faster around parts that you are
comfortable with. In time you'll get more used to the uncomfortable parts and
be able to go faster and faster and cut down more time.

Boss [QUBS]

Getting through: This is the first level in which Jacob's ladder, which is a
tesla coil, is introduced. Read the first part of the walkthrough for how to
get past the coil without getting zapped. Switch into an eagle's eye view and
zoom out a bit. Start by holding up and going through the red gate to the left
of the tesla coil. The coil will take 13% of your mercury away if you rush
into the middle. Once through the red gate go through the green paintshop and
out the green gate, where you will then go up, around and into the teleporter
directly above the green paintshop. When you come out the other side you'll
hit the green weighted switch. Hold right to drop down to the lower level (you
don't have to go back through the teleporter) where you'll hold down and go
back into the middle through the green gate to the right of the coil. Go
through the yellow paintshop, through the yellow gate, and up and around to
the teleporter right above the yellow paintshop. Then hit the yellow switch
and drop back to the lower level. Now go up and left and go through the blue
paintshop, then go up and onto the gravity bender, which will literally flip
gravity and also invert your controls. All you have to do is head down (which
means you'll hold up) towards the blue weighted switch and land on it to light
up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 90.50 = 9,050 X2 87.25 = 8,725 X2
Minimum %: 87% = 2,175 X2 100% = 2,500 X2

Getting through: First go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. This
level is pretty annoying, but once you figure out the gates it's simple. First
just test out the gates. If you hold up, the gate on your left will go up and
open. If you hold down, the gate on your right will go down and open. Hold
left for the bottom right for the top. Now for actually beating this level,
first head for the green paintshop up top, then go down past 2 gates so that
you're back in the middle where you started, then go right one gate, down one,
and the right one, and then hit the green weighted switch. Next, you'll be
heading for the red paintshop the section over. You can either wait for the
platform moving on the outside or you can go through the level if it's not
there yet or if you're impatient. Once in the paintshop, go up 2 sections into
the middle where you started and then go left one gate, up one, left one, and
then hit the red weighted switch. Do you see the pattern yet? Next go to the
purple paintshop right under you, then go 2 gates right to the middle, up one,
right one, up one, and then hit the purple weighted switch. Next and last is
the yellow paintshop. Once you go through it go left 2 gates, down one, left
one, down one, and hit the yellow weighted switch to light the final beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X2 in the section score total, it doesn't show

Race 1 [XER1]

Getting through: Hold left so that you drop down to the level below you, then
hold right till you drop to another level below you, then hold left and go
over the conveyor belt and drop down onto the moving platform just below (you
might have to wait a few seconds for it to go under you). Then hold right till
you hit the wall, then hold left to go up the conveyor belt and then drop down
to the spikes where you'll hold left (and up a little so you don't fall off)
till you hit the left wall. The next part's a little bit tricky, but simple if
you go slowly through it. Just go around the mini-walls sticking out while
staying on the arrow belts and you'll be able to go around them. Next, go to
the right and you'll come to a very, very cool part. When you go on the
speeding conveyor belts you'll get shot up and onto a wall on the other side.
You'll do this 4 times, and then you'll be back up top on the beginning level
where you will just go around the barrier and hit the square platform to light
up the beacon.

Getting first place:

To get first place, don't pay any attention to the walkthrough above. First,
go into options and pick "Snap 45" then rotate the camera 45 degrees to the
left. Next, drop down one level and follow it till the end, but about 4
squares before you fall down to the level under you, hold right and a little
up to go off the side of the platform so that you're in mid-air with nothing
below you. Almost immediately after you drop off hold directional left-up to
land on the conveyor belt, which will awkwardly launch you into a wall.
After you land quickly change the camera angle back to normal (rotate the
camera 45 degrees to the right) and then go on the conveyor belt next to you
and race to the finish. If you wanna get advanced here, when you're on that
last conveyor belt hold down for half a second then hold up so that you don't
have to waste a few seconds going around the barrier and that you'll just
simply land on the square platform.

Getting through: A very straightforward level: First, use an eagle's eye view.
Focus on the red blob and go up and around the barrier till you hit the green
paintshop, then return to where you started and hit the green switch to open
up the gate where the blue blob is. Next just focus on the blue blob (btw you
should already know by now, but if you hit the d-pad you can focus in on one
blob at a time). Hold up to bring out the blue blob till you hit the top wall,
then go left to hit the switch which will open up the gate you'll be going
through. Next, go up right and around the barrier and then weave through the
path filled with holes till you hit the bottom, then hold left and at the end
hold up till you go just a little bit past the gate, then hold down and right
so that the gate slides down and you're able to go through it. Hit the blue
switch to open the gate near the green blob, then merge the 2 blobs together
to make cyan mercury and make your way back around the level till you're at
the top, then go left through the cyan gate and hit the square platform.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 25.00 = 2,500 X3 27.09 = 2,709 X3

This level is incredibly easy to get first place in. Just go fast, don't hit
the walls on the straightaways, and if you wanna cut down time just let a
little bit of the green blob (or cyan if you touched the paintshop before the
blue got near) mix with the blue blob and bring that through the level for
more speed. You shouldn't have too much trouble with this level, and don't
worry about losing too much mercury in the holes, as you see above you can
still beat it very easy even if you drop mercury.

Getting through: Go into a bird's eye view. Hold down till you hit the switch,
then hold up till you're on the gravity bender. You'll be lifted onto the
ceiling (remember controls are inverted at this point) and go around the maze
then at the end you'll drop down onto the ground, then just hold up (and yes,
up is up now) and you'll hit the square platform to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 30.00 = 3,000 X3
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500

Minimum Total: 12,000

Hold down when you start, then when you go over the gravity bender, only stay
on it for a half a second then hold up again to go over the miniwall in front
of you and just keep holding up and you'll hit the square platform.

Getting through: Warning, this is a very annoying level. First go into an
eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. Hold up and a bit right to bypass the
first anti-your-way conveyor belts and hold up till you're in between the next
bunch of belts. Next, hold right till you're right outside of the belts, then
SLOWLY go around the compilation of belts couter-clockwise till you hit the
cyan paintshop. You have a lot of mercury to lose before you fail the level,
so if a few drops fall off don't worry about them, but if a few drops get
stuck in the conveyor belts, make sure that your cyan blob doesn't touch them,
otherwise they'll turn silver and you'll have to go around yet again. But
after you turn cyan, hold right and go through the path and down the
up-conveyor belt. Then just go right avoiding the belts on the ground, go
around the path, and land on the weighted cyan switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 10.00 = 1,000
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X3
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 9,000

Follow the walkthrough above, just do it faster. This one took me at least 30
tries to do, so if this isn't the last level you have to do to unlock the
bonus level, take a break once in a while so you don't end up throwing your
PSP into the computer monitor or anywhere else.

Getting through: Let's talk centripetal force. Or lets just go on with beating
this game. First go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. I'm going to
call the center of this level the blue switch. First go once around the blue
switch so that you can get to the red paintshop at the bottom. Then go back
around the switch halfway till you get to the top, go through the red gate and
hit the red switch, which will turn the red paintshop into a blue one. Then go
around halfway and go through the blue paintshop, then go around and hit the
blue switch, which will turn the yellow paintshop above you into a green
paintshop. Next you must go around one revolution so that you get get to that
paintshop and turn green, then once again go around halfway to the bottom with
your green blob and hit the green weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 25.00 = 2,500
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X3
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 10,500

There aren't any shortcuts, just follow the steps above and cut some corners,
just keep 100%.

this level fast. But if not, keep reading. First, go into an eagle's eye view.
Hold left and hit the switch, then go back to where you started and go into
the rotating T-spinner and then hold up once you get through past the tesla
coils, then rotate the camera 90 degrees to the right while the mercury is
freely falling down the slope. Then hold down to hit the switch and hold up
again and through the T-spinner, then on the other side hold left till you
get to the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

ComPLETELY different than the walkthrough. Go into an eagle's eye view. Now
see that ledge below you with the finishing switch? You'll be going directly

over the ledge, just hit the switch. This may take a few tries to do.

go down and through the gate and hit the blue switch B1, then go down through
the next gate and to the bottom wall and go right till you hit the blue switch
B2. Next, go up through the 2 gates and head straight for the red paintshop,
then go the same route you did with the blue blob and hit the red switches
as you go (hit R1 first then R2). Next, head straight for the green paintshop
through the red gate, turn green, exit through the green gate, then go down
through the 2 regular gates on the left side and head straight for the green
switch at the bottom to beat the level. Don't be surprised if you got first
place on your first time through without trying, it's an easy level.

blue paintshop. Hold up till you get to the second opening on your left, then
go through that opening then go up 1, left 2, up 2, left 2, then from there go
straight for the blue switch, then cut back and go straight up and through the
opening to your left, then cut diagonally up-left till you're able to just
hold up to get the blue switch. Next, head to the purple paintshop, go down
till you hit the wall, go right till you hit the wall, then go through the
opening to the middle and into the center of the level where you'll hit the
purple switch. Head for the center opening on the bottom, then go straight for
the bottom-left corner of the level where the teleporter is, but DON'T go into
the teleporter yet. Once on the bottom-left corner go up and through the green
paintshop, then go clockwise around that one barrier till you get back to the
teleporter where NOW you'll go into it. Next, head straight for the green
switch, then head straight for the red paintshop and then go back into the
teleporter and on the other side just hold right till you hit the final red
switch and take a breath from being glad you weren't consumed by the mercoids.

This level is a pure race, that's all. Go as fast as you can without getting
eaten. Remember, if you don't hit the walls you'll get more speed. Some tips
are that when you first start, head straight for the yellow paintshop then go
around the right barrier from the top opening to get back to where you started
with the most speed since you're just going straight. If you wanna get fancy,
when you get to the part with the transporters, let a drop go through it while
you're running around with the purple mercury so that by the time you get back
to the transporter with your newly greened blob, the blob on the top right
will be red and you'll be able to put it through the transporter while you're
simultaneously putting through the green mercury so they basically just switch
places. This cuts down a bunch of time.

Getting through: First off rotate the camera 180 degrees and zoom out a bit. Go
around the path and drop down the ledge, and make sure you don't fall off the
slant. Go left and up to drop down onto the conveyor belt, then you'll drop
down at the end and go around the path till you go into the teleporter. In the
middle of teleporting rotate the camera 180 degrees. On the other side you'll
go through 3 spinners, then go up the conveyor belt, and while on it go into
and eagle's eye view. At the top, turn red, then drop down to the bottom and
go up the other conveyor belt, then just follow the path to the end.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 35.34 = 3,534 X3
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X3

the regular way, just the splitting up part in the beginning of the first
place way is a bit tricky; you're choice. Go through the red gate, turn blue,
then go left and up and around the gap and hit the blue weighted switch. Next,
go back out the gate and out the blue gate, then go counter-clockwise around
the level till you get to the next blue gate, turn yellow, then exit through
the yellow gate and go counter-clockwise around the level again till you get
to the next yellow gate. Pass through it, turn purple, then go down and past
the non-colored gate and into the spinner in the center of the level, then
hit the purple weighted switch, go down and turn yellow, go back through the
spinner and hit the yellow weighted switch. Next, go back out the gate, turn
back into purple, then go out the purple gate and yet again go around the
level counter-clockwise till you get to the next purple gate, where you'll
turn green and hit the final green switch.

You'll be doing this a different way than above. Start by holding right, but
when you go through the red gate make sure only half of it goes through it,
leaving a little behind. In essense, you're using the gate as a splitter. Next
hold right till the top red blob touches the blue paintshop and the other red
blob goes past that curved wall sticking out. Then hold left and up (if you
brought over the small red blob to where I said you'll notice it's wedged into
place and you don't have to worry about it) and bring the blue blob up into
the area where the blue weighted switch is, then bring it back out the gate
and into the top-left corner still inside the blue/red gate section. Bring the

then bring the blue blob through the blue gate and mix it with the red blob to
make purple. Next, bring the purple blob up and through the purple gate, turn
green, hit the green weighted switch, turn purple, then go back out the purple
gate and around the level clockwise till you get to the next purple gate. Go
through it and past the gate and into the gear, then hit the purple weighted
switch, go down and touch the yellow paintshop, then go back through the
spinner and hit the final yellow weighted switch.

Getting through: This level is very simple. First zoom out a bit so that you can
see where the weighted platforms are so you don't have to search around for
them later on. Also notice and remember that the teleporter is on the side of
the blue switch, or if you're on the bottom level, is on the side of the blue
and yellow paintshops. Now for doing the level: Spin the dial on top to open
the four gates below, then head up towards the weighted red switch to activate
it. Now if you turn the camera around 180 degrees, you'll see a red gate with
a green paintshop. Go through that gate, turn green, exit through the green
gate, and then head up towards the teleporter to repeat the steps over again,
but this time with the green blob, then repeat with it again blue, then repeat
with it yellow. Change the camera around a lot and keep it pretty horizontal
so that it's easy to see where your next destination is.

Now that that's out of the way, here's the walkthrough: again, beware...

First, rotate the camera 90 degrees left, facing the blue paintshop. Here's
where you'll do something out of the ordinary: purposely lose a lot of
mercury so that you have between half and 3/4 of your mercury left, so
basically around 55%-62% Do this by just leaning the mercury over the edge.
The reason why you're doing this is because for some parts of this level,
you'll need a lot of speed, and the less mercury you have, the faster you are.
Also, you'll be doing this while at the blue paintshop because other than next
to the very end of the level, there won't be any breaks. Now that that's
cleared and done: Use the gravity bender either to your left or right to land
on the platform with the blue paintshop, and then go through it to turn blue.
Rotate the camera 180 degrees and make the camera a bit more vertical to get a
little better view. When the platform comes back, get on it, and then sprint
towards the other platforms to the right to get to the blue switch. Next,
sprint up towards the gravity bender and use it to land on the platform with
the yellow paintshop, and then go through it to turn yellow. If you do it fast
enough, you will turn yellow and get back on the platform before it leaves.
Next is a very, very hard part to maneuver: As SOON as the platform touches
the one above it, sprint up till you get to the yellow switch, and then just
tap the yellow switch, and sprint towards the gravity bender nearest to you
(down and to the left) and use it to head towards the green paintshop on the
top of the screen and turn green. Go back on the platform quickly before it
leaves, using the wall as a helper. Next, use the gravity bender nearest you
to land on the green switch, and wait there for the platform to get back.
Rotate the camera 180 degrees while you're waiting, and after the platform
returns, sprint towards the gravity bender and use it to land on the platform
with the red paintshop, and then go through it to turn red, and use the wall
again to gain speed and get back to the platform before it leaves. Head back
towards the gravity bender and use it to land on the red and final switch.

If you beat the first place time, then congrats! you rock at this game. If you
didn't get first place, then don't worry; I think that much less than 1% of
all the people playing this game actually got first place in this level, so
don't kill yourself over it.

Getting through: This is a straightforward level. Go into an eagle's eye view
and zoom out a bit, then go down the ledge and counter-clockwise around to the
cyan paintshop, or if you want to be speedy you can just hold up till you jump
over the barrier and land on the paintshop. Then, go clockwise back around and
go down the ledge to the left, then go down through the opening to hit the
switch, then hold up to go through the cyan gate and follow the path around
till you hit the square platform.

Go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. Go up and over the barrier and
land on the cyan paintshop, then go back around the path clockwist. Now here's
where you can do this level 2 ways. The first way is easy, but you'll cut it
close. The second way will be a little harder, but you have a lot more time.
(1) Go down the white ledge and keep holding left till half of the blob is
about halfway on the ledge. Then hold down and then right and down to make
both blobs hit their corresponding object to light up each beacon.
(2) When you get to where the white ledge is, don't go down it. What you need
to do is jump from where you are down to the platform of the cyan switch and
hit into the corner on that level so that some stays on that platform and some
drop down to the level below to the left. After you do that, just hit each
corresponding object to light up each beacon.

Getting through: A pretty straightforward level. Zoom to a medium distance, then
hold directional up-right to head to the red switch. Then go into the green
paintshop and go left and around the obstacles to hit the green switch. Go
into the blue paintshop and go diagonal down-right and around the obstacles to
hit the blue switch. Finally, go through the silver paintshop and go left
around the obstacles to his the square platform and light the final beacon.

Minimum Time: 26.25 = 2,625 X4 26.75 = 2,675 X4

Follow the walkthrough above. Remember that the white floor boards let you go
faster. For the first beacon, hold diagonally up-right and you'll basically go
directly to the next point, and if you break up into two pieces and don't get
back into one by the time you get to the switch, then start over as you need
100% or very close to 100% to win. The only other thing is that when you turn
into silver, go along the bottom of the level to get to the square platform.

Getting through: Very simple, spiral in clockwise around the entire level till
you get to the center and turn red, then spiral out counterclockwise till
you're back at the beginning, then go through the red gate, turn blue, then
follow the path up and around clockwise till you get to the blue gate, then
go through it and hit the square platform to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 67.50 = 6,750 X4
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 30,000

This is a tricky one to do, as you need to use the pile driver to literally
jump over the barrier. The easiest way to do this is to make the blob split
into two pieces: one on the left side of the pile driver and one on the right.
To do this let about a quarter of the mercury go past the pile driver as it
slams down, then make the remaining blob go into the pile driver while it's
down to make them split into two equal pieces of mercury. Then when the pile
driver is raised, the two mercury pieces will be on each side waiting to get
pummeled. If they merge, then give up a little bit of mercury to make the blob
smaller, then repeat. Once the two blobs, that aren't touching each other, are
under the driver, hold left a split second before it hits, and the blob of
mercury on the right side will hop over the left barrier and onto the outside
platform. A big, big warning though: this might take at least 30 tries to do
it right, so don't get frustrated. Restarting the level a lot makes it easier
to do. Now once you've hoped the barrier with what's probably a very small
blob, manually focus on it, then turn it blue and bring it around the level to
the end.

blob hit the yellow paintshop, then hit the silver switch to extend out a
platform next to you and follow the path to the weighted yellow switch to
light up the beacon.

Getting through: Pretty simple, just follow the conveyor belts around. Just
watch out for the sideways belts, they can toss you off the level. But if you
go carefully around the level this one should be a breeze.

Go around the level almost as fast as you can, but make sure you don't lose
ANY mercury otherwise you won't be able to complete it. My advice is to go
at a medium pace around the level till you get used to the belts and don't
fall off as much, then go faster till you complete the level.

Getting through: This is a confusing one. Basically, first you have to merge
all of the silver blobs together. First, go into an eagle's eye view. The
easiest places to merge the blobs is in the horseshoe where the bottom blob is
or on the left or right wall. Start by bringing out the top blob, then left
and down once it's out. This will also bring out the left blob. What you want
to do here is merge the top and left blob on the left wall. Next, bring that
blob to the right and merge it with the right blob either on the right wall or
on the outside of the right horseshoe or bottom horseshoe, whatever's easier.
Lastly combine the big blob with the bottom blob that should still be in the
same place. Most of this stuff is trial and error finding out the easiest way
for you to do it. Next, go through the red paintshop, which should be close to
where you are now. Once red go up to the top of the level and through the red
gate, down the ledge, and go through the blue paintshop. Once there go up the
conveyor belt and to the other side of the level, where you will hit the blue
switch to open up the gate and then go through it to the end.

Getting through: First go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. Go right
into the spinner, then down one spinner, right one, and exit through the
bottom and turn red. Next, go back into the spinner, then to the middle
spinner. The middle spinner only turns clockwise, so try not to overshoot any
place that you're going. Once in the middle, go to the top spinner and through
the red gate and hit the red switch, but watch out for the mercoid there. If
you've hit the switch but the spinner's not in place you can go back through
the gate and hold down towards the spinner and the mercoid won't be able to
eat you. When the spinner comes back go in it and to the middle spinner, then
to the right spinner and through the gate to hit the second red switch. Come
back through the gate and through the blue paintshop. Next go into the right
spinner, the middle spinner, the bottom spinner, and go down through the gate
and hit the blue switch. Then double back to the bottom spinner, the middle
spinner, the left spinner, and go left to hit the final blue switch.

Follow the walkthrough above. Even if you miss a spinner once you can still
beat the level with a teeny bit over 50 seconds left. If you are good at
multitasking then you can split up the blobs of mercury to cut down a lot of
time, but you don't need to do that unless you want a big score.

Getting through: First, go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. Then
move right one square and go up till you split the red mercury into two pieces
and merge the left red piece with the green blob on the top wall. Next, just
looking at the yellow blob, move it onto the yellow switch. Next, bring the
blobs down about 6-7 squares till the red blob is adjacent with the "up"
conveyor belt. Then when it reaches the top of the belt move it onto the red
switch. The blue blob should be pinned against the left wall. Next, you have
to merge the blue and red blobs against that small L-shaped wall on the middle
right part of the level to make it purple, then hit the purple switch when
you're done.

Getting through: This level's fairly simple. First, go into an eagle's eye view
and manually focus on the bottom silver blob. Then go left and up till you go
through the blue paintshop, then double back and go through the blue gate.
Next, before you hit the blue switch, get the mercoid to follow you. Once it's
past the opening, hit the switch and go through the blue gate. This will trap
it in that section so that it won't eat the mecury you'll have to eventually
release. Next, go around the board counter-clockwise and repeat those steps
with the red mercury, then green, and finally yellow. When you hit the yellow
switch the blob in the middle will be accessable. Merge your yellow (or blue
blob if you touched the paintshop on your way there) then go back around the
level clockwise till you get back to the green paintshop, touch it to turn
green, then head back to the green weighted switch up top to finish.

mercury this way then go up the ledge on the inward corner of the ledge. Once
on top, go up the conveyor belt, turn purple, go up the next conveyor belt,
(you'll notice these first two belts actually keep you on them easier than the
the other types of belts) hit the purple switch to open up the gate next to
you, go through it, turn yellow, then go right to the next two belts. Once
past those belts, hit the yellow switch to open up the gate and go through it
to hit the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting through: The easiest way to do this is to just rush down the pathway in
front of you. Just skim the left side and you won't be sucked up at all. Once
you get past the vacuums go straight into the teleporter. You should have 100%
mercury if you did it right. Next, head to the top left and go around the mini
barrier and you'll end up near the tesla coils. The easiest way to do this is
to just rush from one switch to another as fast as you can. This way you have
enough to survive the level (or get first place if you want). After that, head
for the green paintshop and try not to lose any mercury over the edge. Once
you've turned green double back and hit the green switch, then head around the
wall and go onto the elevator, then wait for that to rise and then hit the
weighted green switch up top to light up the beacon.

Start off by going into an eagle's eye view. Then manually focus in on the
blue/red blobs and zoom in a bit. Next, bring the 2 blobs around the path and
stop them when they're horizontally adjecent with the red gate. Bring the red
blob through the gate and hit the switch, then double back and stop the blobs
as soon as the red blob exits the gate. Then hold down till the blue and red
can move left under the barriers next to them and move them left till the blue
blob is vertically adjecent with the blue gate, then move the blue blob
through, and once again stop both blobs as soon as the blue extis the gate on
the way back. Then merge the blue blob with the red blob on the bottom-left
corner, or bottom-right corner if the red blob's lower than the blue blob, of
the wall with the purple gate, then go through the gate to hit the switch,
then double back through the gate and go left till you hit the next switch,
which will open up the gate of the silver blob. Bring the silver blob out of
the gate and go directly to through the silver gate to hit the switch, double
back through the gate and THEN hit that switch. Then bring the purple blob
through that gate and use the top right corner as a wedge to stop the silver
blob as you do that. Next with the purple blob, hit the switch to open up the
gate next to the silver blob, then hit the switch with the silver blob to open
up the next part. Make sure that before you go onto the path you make both
blobs adjacent to each other, and by this i mean push both blobs into the
top-right corner to make them even, then go forward to the path. Press down on
the d-pad to bring the view back to focusing on both blobs at once. Then go
through the path SLOWLY so you're in control of both blobs and don't lose any
mercury. Then after you go up, right and up, merge the two blobs on the left
wall. Now if you tried to go fast, you'll probably have a very hard time doing
this as the silver blob probably went to far up. But if you went slow enough
you'll be fine. After you merge them go all the way up and around till you hit
the cyan paintshop then go through the 2 cyan gates and all the way around the
level clockwise till you get to the purple paintshop, then go through the
purple gate, hit the switch, back through that purple gate, and into the gate
you just opened up to hit the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Bonus [AQBN]

Time: 95s
Percentage: 50%

Getting through: The return of the tesla coils. Before you try out the level,
just let the level play without you touching anything and watch what happens
and how cool it looks. Now back to the walkthrough: restart the level.
Go into an eagle's eye view. Hold up till all three blobs are wedged at the
top of something. If you do it this way then only the blue blob will get hit
by one coil only taking away 7%. Next, hold left and all three blobs will
merge into one big silver blob. Also you'll hit the switch to open up the
gate at the bottom. Wait about 2 seconds then hold down so that you can get
past the coils without being zapped, then hold right and go through the
opening. Rotate the camera 180 degrees and get ready for a fun part. You'll
be using the gravity benders to go around the platforms. If you're in an eagle
eye view then in my opinion this part's easier. Jump over to the middle first,
then go to the left side to hit the weighted switch, back to the middle, to
the right to hit the weighted switch, and back to the middle. Next go to the
top through the purple paintshop, then double back all the way to where the
tesla coils are, and go past them and through the purple gate. Then just
follow the path to the final beacon to beat the level.

Getting through: A pretty simple level. Go around the path till you get to the
teleporter. Once through, follow the path around and past the tesla coils,
then go up and to the right through the red paintshop, then back to the left
through the red gate. Once again follow the path until you go through the gate
leading to the drop bridge, then rotate the camera 90 degrees so you can see
the dropoff ledge of the bridge. Sacrifice a bit of mercury to make the bridge
drop down, then follow the rest of the path to the end of the level.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 42.65 = 4,265 X5 me: 43.17 = 4,317 X5
Minimum %: 7% = 175 71% = 1,775

Alright if you try following the walkthrough above you'll notice it's
impossible to beat it with even 40 seconds left. What you need to do to get
first place is to use the teleporter. Here's the best way to do it: go through
the teleporter, and when you come out the other side hold right till you're
on the wall just to the right of the teleporter, then once the teleporter
re-activates hold left and you'll be lifted up over the left wall. What you
need to do is be lifted up enough so you can go over the wall but not too much
so that you get sucked into the teleporter. And remember, this is a race, so
the ammount of mercury you have at the end really doesn't matter. Once you
jump over the left wall then just follow the path to the end.

Race 2 [HER2]

Getting through: Hold up and you'll split into two blobs. Next, hold left till
the left blob hits the left wall, then when you hold right the gates will open
and you can go through them. Hold up till you're adjacent with the sideways
ledges, then hold left till the right blob falls down, and then hold right and
the two blobs will merge once again. Next go up and into the left teleporter
and on the other end just hold up and you'll fall down to the bottom where
the beacon is.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 20.00 = 2,000 X5
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 13,000

In order for you to do this in the alotted time you have to make sure that
there's only one blob of mercury throughout the entire level. First, you need
to literally jump the ledge by holding directional up-left or up-right, but
for the sake of this walkthrough go up-right. Also the gate opens up while you
are going towards it. You should be on the right side of the level in one
piece and 100% if you did it right. Next go through the level like you would
normally and when you get to the end you'll have first place. Not that hard.

and up the conveyor belt, go through the red paintshop, and then to save some
time just drop down to where you just were. Next, go right and through the red
gate, then go down the incline with the 4 ledges sticking out, then follow the
path to the end of the level.

Rotate the camera 180 degrees and zoom out a teeny bit. Go down and right
dropping down to the ledges, then when you get to the flat part, don't go down
the next incline, go right. What you're going to do is go behind the mini-wall
and jump down to the incline where the red paintshop is. If you have more than
about a quarter of mercury then lose it as you'll need speed to actually jump
the ledges. Once you jumped and landed where the red paintshop is then drop
down directly to the level below you and then go through the red gate and
continue down the path and to the end of the level.

Getting through: Here's the level that's been giving people problems. For all
those people that are stuck on how to hit that silver switch, you need to hit
it first, BEFORE you turn into any other color. To do that you must sacrifice
a small amount of mercury down that curved ledge, not all of the mercury, just
a small amount. This way the small blob will drop down and activate the switch
to open up the gate on the main level. Go through that gate and straight into
the vacuum, and once out go into the next vacuum, then rotate the camera 90
degrees left while you're in the 2nd vacuum and you'll be able to see
everything easier. Once out of the vacuum, you can activate that fabled silver
weighted switch. Next, go right past the pile driver and drop down towards the
blue paintshop. Rotate the camera 90 degrees right. Once you go through the
blue paintshop head to the teleporter, and on the other side drop down the
curved ledge, go through the blue gate and hit the blue weighted switch, then
double back and go through the vacuum. On the other side go throught the green
paintshop and through the vacuum. While in that vacuum rotate the camera 90
degrees left, and then on the other side of the vacuum hit the green weighted
switch and make sure that you DON'T get sucked up in the vacuum otherwise
you're screwed. Go into the middle holding left, and continue holding left
down the original curved ledge and through the red paintshop. Drop down to
where the blue paintshop is but DON'T go through it. You need to sneak around
the botom of it VERY slowly otherwise you're going to be very frustrated with
this level. Once past the blue paintshop bring your RED blob into the
teleporter, then on the other side go rigth to hit the red weighted switch,
then into the 3 back-to-back vacuums, and at the last one hit the final red
weighted switch to get this level out of the way.

Follow the walkthrough above. Once you get the hang of this level it's very
easy to complete. You don't really need to rush this level either. I beat this
level with 138 seconds left; that's 18 seconds to spare (and that's also if I
have the minimum amount of mercury, if I didn't I'd have much more time to
get first in this level as you see above). Just take your time going around
the blue paintshop when you're red and get used to being sucked up through the
vacuums in one easy swoop so that there's no little bits of mercury flying
around everywhere.

Getting through: For this level make sure you do it exactly this way otherwise
the blobs of mercury you're not looking at will fall off the level. Bring the
blue blob left to hit the blue switch, then bring down the red blob down to
where the square gap is, then bring it to the right of it, then merge it on
the bottom right corner with the blue blob. Bring the newly-made purple blob
left and all the way to the top, but make sure you bring it to the left of the
square gap so the green blob is trapped on it's top wall. Bring the purple
blob up and around to the conveyor belt to hit the purple switch, then bring
the green blob into the middle and down and to the right of the square gap. In
the same time that you bring the green blob to the bottom right corner the
purple and yellow blobs should have merged on their own bottom-right corner.
If they didn't merge and you lost some purple mercury then just tap right a
little bit more once the purple blob drops down. Once the green blob is in the
bottom-right corner, bring it left and up the conveyor belt to hit the green
switch. Next bring it into the middle of the level, then bring the newly-made
silver blob into the middle by holding left as the green blob is wedged in the
top-left corner. Merge the two and then hit the silver weighted switch to
light up the beacon.

Follow the walkthrough above. To cut down time when you bring the green blob
down, split it up on one of the edges in the middle so only a small amount of

Getting through: This level is very straightforward but annoying if you don't
have good control of the mercury. Try to always keep the mercury in one piece
so you don't have to worry about merging them later on or lose time if you're
trying to get first place. For the beginning hold down till you're close to
the bottom left corner then hold right and you'll be able to go through the
first batch of bumps in one piece. For the next bunch go up till you hit the
middle, then go around the middle in one piece. On the other side hit the red
switch to open up the gate, and to make the next part easier rotate the camera
90 degrees to the right. Go up the conveyor belt and follow the path around to
hit the red switch, then follow it around again till you're in the teleporter,
and on the other side hit the red weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Follow the walkthrough above. This level's basically a race to the finish. As

side go left around the gaps and hit the yellow switch, then double back and
go past the vacuum around the bottom of it so you don't get sucked up through
it, then go around the wall and through the yellow gate, then go down into the
yellow gate below you, and finally hit the last yellow switch.

If you're following the walkthrough above then you'll notice you'll probably
miss the target time by a few seconds. What you need to do is after you turn
red, only let teeny bit of mercury enter the vacuum, then while it's traveling
to the other side bring the main blob of mercury close to where you started
but close to the top edge. When the other small blob exits, navigate it down,
and by making the main blob be close to the top edge this makes sure you can
move the small blob down without losing the top blob's mercury. Bring the
blobs left and when you bring up the small blob to hit the red switch wedge
the main blob in-between the two walls. After you hit the red switch just use
the main blob to finish up the level as you normally would. This way you're
sacrificing a bit of mercury for a LOT of time, enough to grab first place.

Getting through: This is an awesome level to show people if you want them to see
the full effect of the colors in this game. Remember this: the only teleporter
that you will be using is the one between the purple and silver switches. You
can also remember that it's the teleporter right next to the green paintshop.
Go through the green paintshop and drop only a little bit down, then go
through the blue paintshop and drop that down, then mix the two to create cyan
and hit the cyan switch. Repeat with the red and blue for the purple switch,
then repeat again with the red and green for the yellow switch, and repeat
again with red green and blue for the silver switch. This level's awesome.

Follow the walkthrough above. To cut down time do it this way: You'll first
mix together the red and green blobs. First go through the red paintshop and
drop a little bit down to the lower level, then bring the top blob through the
green paintshop and drop a little bit down to the lower level, then as the top
blob is pinned against the mini-circle wall bring the green blob up to the red
blob and mix them together at the top where the yellow switch already is and
hit it, then bring the blobs down and to the right so the top blob goes
through the blue paintshop before you drop it down. Now on the bottom level
there's the yellow blob and the blue blob. Mix them together to make silver,
then use that to hit the silver switch at the bottom. Go into the teleporter
in-between the purple and silver switch to go back up top, then finish up the
level how you would before with mixing red and blue, and blue and green.

Getting through: Go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a bit. Start by going
left so that the red blob goes into the teleporter. Once through, go right
until you're adjacent with the blue switch (which is over by one square), then
go onto it through the gate and come back out, then go right (which is over
by another square) till you're adjacent with the red switch, then go onto it
and keep holding down so that the blue and green blobs combine. Bring the red
blob back out and then go right and combine the cyan and red blobs on the
bottom right corner so that you're now a big silver blob. Make the camera a
teeny bit more horizontal. Go right and up, and follow around the path (it
doesn't matter if you hit the blue paintshop on the way) till you get to the
gravity bender, and hold up till you land on the platform where the yellow
paintshop is, then back fall down and go back onto the gravity bender and hold
down so that you jump over the wall and land on the higher ground below you.
Next, hold down and go around the gap, then on the other side rotate the
camera 90 degrees to the right. Go on the gravity bender and land on the
platform to your right and hit the yellow switch. Fall back down and go on the
gravity bender and land on the ground in front of you where the green
paintshop is. Go through it and drop down on the other side of the gravity
bender. Rotate the camera 90 degrees left, then follow the same path around
that you did to get to the yellow paintshop, and hit the green switch on the
bottom to light up the final beacon.

Go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a little bit. Go left so that the red
blob goes into the teleporter, and while it's in there, bring the green and
blue blobs left past the wall and bring them the same length away from the
wall as when they were still on the other side. Once the red blob comes
through the teleporter, bring all the blobs right and bring the red blob onto
its switch, then just look at the other two blobs and bring the blue blob up
onto its switch. Make the camera a bit more horizontal and manually focus on
the green blob. Hold left till it drops off of the platform and falls on the
other platform where the gravity bender is. Hit the green switch, then go on
the gravity bender and land on the yellow paintshop's platform and go through
it, then drop down and go onto the gravity bender to get back to the higher
ground you were on before. Hold down and go past the gap, then rotate the
camera 90 degrees to the right, and hold up till you go onto the gravity
bender, and land on the yellow switch to light up the final beacon.

Getting through: First, rorate the camera 90 degrees to the right so that you
see the yellow and red paintshops in front of you, and go into an eagle's eye
view. You're going to worry about getting out just the right blob for now.
Hold directional down-left to bring the blob to the edge, then down and
through the gate when it opens and settle it on the bottom wall on the right
side of the splitter. You'll notice that the left blob will be stuck where it
is the entire time. Now for the left blob: hold directional up-right to bring
the blob to the edge, and you'll hear the right blob touch the blue paintshop
while you do this (if not just move the blue blob into it; the left blob
shouldn't fall off since you'll probbaly be right of the paintshop) then move
the silver blob up and through the gate then immediately go right a bit and
then hold down so that it hits the red paintshop, and the blue blob should be
stuck on the bottom-right curved wall so that it doesn't fall off. Next, bring
the blue blob up and through the gate and merge it with the red blob on the
top-right curved wall making purple. Now hit the purple weighted switch right
next to you, then hold left till you're at the left edge of the level, then go
down and through the gate to hit the next purple weighted switch. Now turn
yourself green, and then go right above the splitter on the bottom wall and
hold down till you split into two pieces. Next, hold up till both pieces are
in the clear of the splitter and hold right till the left blob's directly
under the blue paintshop. Then turn the left blob blue and merge it with the
green blob on the bottom-right curved wall. Then hit the cyan weighted switch
next to you, hold left till you're on the left edge of the level, then go up
and through the gate to hit the final cyan weighted switch.

Getting through: Go into an eagle eye's view. Bring the left red blob up onto
the moving platform and hit the switch on the other side which will open up
the gate for the next blob to go through. Repeat for the other three blobs.
Once you've hit all of the switches the next bunch of gates will open up. The
best way to do the next part is to hold left so that the two red blobs are in
the middle of the pathway, and then bring them up and onto their switches.
Next bring the green blob down while simulteneously bringing the blue blob
through the blue gate. Bring the green blob around the wall and up all the way
to the top wall, then bring the blue blob down and towards the right red blob.
When you go over the red switch with the blue blob bring the green blob left
through the gate and mix it with the left red blob. After you've hit the
yellow and purple switches bring the two blobs up and use the purple blob to
go up and around the stronghold trying to get the mercoid to follow you. Once
you've mixed the purple blob with the yellow blob on the top-left corner, go
through the silver gate and hit the silver weighted switch now that the
mercoid's gone, and light up the beacon to win.

Getting through: Eagle's eye view. Start by pressing left to focus in on the
left blob. Bring it down through the gate and through the zig-zagged walls
to the red paintshop, then double back and go through the red gate. Hit the
first red switch to get to the next switch, then go back through the red gate
and into the spinners. Every spinner BUT the top-right one only turns
clockwise. Now there's two ways to do this level, i'll write the regular way
here and the other way in the getting first section. Keep in mind though that
the first place way to beat the level is faster AND in my opinion easier.

1)When you go through the first spinner leave it spinning so you can get to it
from the bottom later on in the level. Navagate through the other two spinners
and when you get to the last one hit the red switch before you head up top.
Hit the switch to open up silver's gate, then Bring it left to hit the switch
and merge it with the red blob. Bring the blob all the way around the pathways
and back to the bottom-right spinner where you'll use it to go back to the
beginning of the level and hit the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 52.00 = 5,200 X5

2)Navagate through the first three spinners leaving the first one spinning. When
you get to the top-right spinner and get to hitting the red switch, leave most

out through the top. This way that gate will be left open and you won't have
to go through the entire outside pathway. Once you're done with that, use the
small red blob to hit the switch so let the silver blob loose, then merge the
blobs and backtrack to where the red switch blob is, then just go back to the
beginning of the level and hit the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting through: Eagle's eye view, zoom out a bit, and rotate the camera 90
degrees left. Go right past the gate a little bit and go back left to open it

white floor makes you move much faster. After the 4 turns go left past the
gate a bit and go back right to open it up, and on the other side hit the red
switch. Double back through the entire level and go through the gate you just
opened up. Make the camera more horizontal now as you'll have to see across
the level for the next part. You're going to be using the conveyor belt to
shoot across the entire level to hit the red switch that's on the wall to
light up the beacon and beat the level.

Getting through: There are two ways to do this level, both are relatively easy.
The second way is in the first place section directly below. The first way to
do this is: First, rotate the camera 90 degrees to the right. Go up and hit
the switch to open up the gate, then go through it and rotate the camera 180
degrees so that you can see the conveyor belt. Go up it and move right, and
you can drop down in front of the spinner to save some time. Go up, and while
waiting for the next spinner to come around, rotate the camera another 180
degrees. Go into the spinner and exit after the first turn, then make your
way right towards the switch, which will activate the elevator. Once the
elevator comes down, get on it and ride it to the top, and then follow the
conveyor belts to the square platform to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 23.92 = 2,392 X6
Minimum %: 6% = 150
Beacons: 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 15,002

Completely different than above: first, look to the left of where you start,
see the ground across the corner gap? Well, you'll be jumping that. As soon as
you start, hold diagonal up-left to jump over the gap, and it doesn't matter
how much mercury you lose as this is a race. I got 16,790 which is 1,790 more
than the first place score, and all i had was 6% of my mercury, which is the
smallest you can possibly have. After you jump the gap, hit the switch on the
ground to activate the elevator. While you're waiting for it to come down,
rotate the camera 90 degrees to the right. Once the elevator is down, get on
it and wait for it to go all the way up, then follow the conveyor belts around
to the end beacon.

Race 2 [NAR2]

Getting through: Once again, there are two ways to do this level; the second way
being a little bit harder, but faster to do. The second way is in the first
place section directly below. As for the first way to do this level: Go right
onto the conveyor belt, then double-back towards the teleporter, and then go
in it. on the other side, spin the spinner clockwise to open up the gate to
the left, then go through that gate and follow the path around to the next
teleporter. While in the teleporter, rotate the camera 90 degrees to the left,
and once you are out of the teleporter, follow the path around the three walls
sticking out, and at the third wall, drop down the ledge and you'll land on
another path. Follow that right till you get to the end, then go down the next
ledge and you'll land on another path, then follow that path right to another
teleporter. While in the teleporter, rotate the camera 90 degrees to the left.
Fall down the ledge and go up till you reach the gravity bender, then use that
to stick to the ceiling (where your controls will be inverted) and then follow
it around till you get to the teleporter, then you can either go in it or use
your speed to jump the wall and land where Eddie (the cube) is, or you can
even gain enough speed to just the section where Eddie is. But, assuming you
don't take the easy path: make Eddie stand on the switch next to the
teleporter, since the gate that it controls closes as soon as nothing's on the
switch. Remember, when Eddie runs into something, he'll turn right. After you
are through the gate, follow the path to the square platform to light up the
beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 75.59 = 7,559 X6 me: 79.18 = 7,918 X6

Here's a fun one (half sarcastically). First off, to save you trouble (you'll
know what I mean) press the up button to change the camera mode. Go right onto
the conveyor belt, then double-back and head towards the teleporter, but DON'T
go into it. Maintaining your full speed, you will jump the gap to the left and
land on the gravity bender, where you'll then stick to the ceiling. Make sure
that you hold right almost immediately after you're in mid-air so that you
actually land on the gravity bender and don't go flying off. Don't worry about
losing mercury here as percentage really doesn't matter at all. This might
take a few tries to get use to doing. Once you're stuck to the ceiling
(remember that controls are now inverted) go around the path till you get to
the next teleporter, but don't go in it, yet again. Using your speed, go right
past the teleporter to jump as many walls as you can, and wherever you land
(hopefully close to, if not on the square platform), make your way towards the
square platform to light up the beacon.

Getting through: First, make the camera a bit more vertical. Go up and hit the
red switch to open up the gate, then go through it and go through the purple
paintshop. Rotate the camera 90 degrees to the right and head up towards the
purple gate. Go through it and hit the purple switch. Next is a tricky part;
the easiest way to jump the gap is to go back to the purple gate so that you
can pick up speed, then go up and run along the left side of the gap. Once
across, go left and down the ledge, then follow the path around and go through
the blue paintshop, then go around the gap to hit the blue switch to open up
the gate. Go through the gate and follow the ledges and paths to the blue
square platform to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Go down the ramp and hit the red switch, then head straight for the purple
paintshop, rotating the camera 90 degrees to the right as you are hitting the
red switch. Go up and through the purple gate ### and hit the purple switch,
then ride the left wall around the gap. Next, go through the gate, but stay on
the top part of the ledge. What you are going to do is jump from the ledge
directly to the area where the blue paintshop is, completely skipping the
path with the frictioned squares. Once in the area, rotate the camera 90
degrees right and head for the blue paintshop, then around the gap with your
momentum to hit the blue switch, then when the gate opens head directly to the
blue square platform by jumping over the pathways with your speed.

Now, see where I put the ###? I had a little fun with this level and got
15,000 points. When you get to the part with the ###, which is after you go
through the purple gate, skip the purple switch and go directly to riding the
left wall around the gap, and as soon as you get out of the corner, hold
directional up-left to go through the cut-out wall and land right next to the
blue paintshop. This is harder though because you need to do this perfectly
otherwise you'll lose too much mercury and will fail. Then just finish the
level as you know how. By this method, I saved 8 or so seconds from the method
previously mentioned, which is 800 points X6, or 4,800 extra points.

Getting through: Go into an eagle's eye view. Head up and around three circle
pillars and up the conveyor belt. Once there, go right, avoiding the diverging

the wall through the gate and tap the paintshop to turn red. Go back through
the red teleporter. On your way through, rotate the camera 90 degrees to the
left. Once through, you can either drop directly down and go around the path
and past the circle pillar to get to the red switch, or you can save yourself
the trouble and some time by just jumping the gap above you and landing next
to the bottom of the conveyor belt. Go up and hit the red switch, then down
and left around the circle pillar, then up through the gate and up the
conveyor belt. Follow the path of conveyor belts, always staying near the
bottom side, to the weighted red switch to light up the beacon.

seconds to spare if you go moderately fast. But as you see above, going slowly
and not losing mercury lets you have 10.5 seconds more to calm yourself down
and go through the level without rushing much.

Getting through: Go into an eagle's eye voie and zoom out a bit. Go up into the
spinner, and on the other side go down the ledge into the next spinner. After
3/4 turns, go left and up the conveyor belt fully, holding left to gain a bit
more speed to make sure you reach the next spinner in time, then go into the
spinner, and after 3/4 turns go down the conveyor belt and into the next
spinner, and after it turns halfway, go up and hit the red switch, then
double-back and go back into the spinner, which after 3/4 turns you'll be in
the connecting spinner, and after the next two spinners you'll just follow the
path around to the teleporter. On the other end, follow the path around again
and go through the spinners and you'll end up on the weighted red switch.

Getting first place:

As shown above, if you are miraculously able to get through this level without
losing a single piece of mercury, or the smallest piece you can lose, you can
basically get first place just by finishing the level in the allowed time. But
then again, you'll probably lose a bit more than that. That being said, just
follow the walkthrough above, making sure that you're able to get to the next
spinner in time, which should be easy since the level is mapped out in a way
that each spinner is available at the exact moment that you're supposed to be
there, if you're going smoothly throughout the level. There's also a trick to
doing the level in a much shorter time, but you don't need to do that. But, if
you still want to try it out then here:

when you've gone through 3 spinners and are at the first group of spinners,
just leave a small blob of mercury hanging in the first spinner as you bring
your main blob through the second and third spinners. Once there, slide the
main blob into a nook and bring that small blob up to where the red switch is.
Remember, a regular switch can be activated with even the smallest bit of
mercury. Once you've hit the switch focus back on your main blob and finish
the level with that.

Getting through: Welcome to a minorly annoying level. Looking around, you'll see
that there are many thin paths just waiting for you to fall off of. First, go
into an eagle's eye view. You'll see an open path to your left with two white
arrows. But you won't be going there, unless you want to go through the level
with more frustration and use more time. Do what I did: go up two squares so
that you're near the gap, then hold down and you'll go down the up conveyor
belt, much easier. Hit the blue switch at the bottom and head back up the same
conveyor belt. Once back towards the top, go into the gate you just opened
with the two white arrows. Go down the ledge, past the pile driver and around
the circle pillar counter-clockwise, through the red paintshop, down the ledge
contraption, and head back towards the conveyor belt where you'll go back to
the beginning. Now that you're red, go up and around the gap and through the
red gate. Go down the ledge, and you can go either left or right down the next
ledges, it doesn't matter. Go down the ledges and up the conveyor belts on the
other side of the wall, then head up towards the teleporter, and on the other
side just go up towards the weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 40.00 = 4,000 59.50 = 5,950
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X6 87% = 2,175 X6
Beacons: 1 = 500 1 = 500
Minimum Total: 19,500 19,500

Follow the walkthrough above. Not too hard to do, even if you lose mercury.
Just take a little bit extra time to make sure you don't fall off the stage.

Task 1 [NAT1]

Getting through: The best way to do this is to bring the green blob directly to
the green gate and bring it through, then as soon as it's through bring the
red blob directly to the red gate. If you did it smoothly, then while bringing
the red blob to its gate you'll hit the green switch on the way. Hit the red
switch, and then if you did it smoothly, all you have to do is hold up and
both the red and green blobs will exit their gates simultaneously, then merge
all three blobs in the bottom-right corner near the green blob. Next, rotate
the camera 90 degrees to the left and zoom in fully, then go to the bridge.
Let only a teeny bit of mercury (7%) fall onto the bridge so that it falls,
then once it does return the camera to how it was before by zooming out a bit
and rotating the camera 90 degrees to the right. Hit the weighted switch just
after the bridge, then prepare to go up against those dreaded mercoids. First,
you want to hit the weighted switch on the right, so lure the mercoid out and
around the backwards "L" wall, then once it's stuck on the bottom side, head
for the right weighted switch. Once you hit it, a gate next to it will open
up. Go through it and head straight for the left switch. In the stretch with
the mercoid in it, you can either lure it out, or just go right through it
with enough speed, making sure that you're in the center of the straightaway
so that once the mercoid takes a bite out of you, you'll just merge back
together on the other side of it and continue along the path to the weighted
switch to light the fifth and final beacon.


Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 28.75 = 2,875 me: 36.22 = 3,622
Minimum %: 85% = 2,125 86% = 2,150
Beacons: 5 = 2,500 X6 5 = 2,500 X6

Follow the walkthrough above. When you get to the mercoid part, make sure that
the right mercoid doesn't eat any part of you since you'll need that extra 7%
as food for the left mercoid.

Task 2 [NAT2]

Getting through: First, rotate the camera 90 degrees left and go into an eagle's
eye view. You'll basically be looking at the silver blob the entire time. Hold
up to bring the silver blob into the first gap, then let go and wait a second
before you slightly press up so that the the yellow and cyan blobs are above
the switches but that the silver blob still reaches the teleporter. Once the
silver blob is through the teleporter, continue holding up so that the yellow
and cyan blobs still do not hit their switches, and navigate the silver blob
up-left and up-right past the gaps and onto the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 27.50 = 2,750
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500
Beacons: 1 = 500 X6
Minimum Total: 8,250

It's pretty easy to beat this level, but very annoying to get fisrt place.
What you need to do is to go past all the gaps WITHOUT going through the
teleporter. I can't really explain exactly how long to hold down each
direction, but make sure that you head straight for the next available
platform and after a few tries you'll see exactly how long to hold it down so
that you'll go past the gaps without falling down and hitting the switches on
the sides activated by the yellow and cyan switches. The only switch that you
can hit and still get your blob over in big enough of a piece, is when you are
at the very last board and you hit the yellow switch. But other than that,
just make sure you go around the switches as you're navagating with the silver
blob and you'll smoothly cruise around the obstacles.

Task 3 [NAT3]

Percentage: 85%

Getting through: Just remember this: get bit once or twice by a mercoid, you're
fine. Get bit three times and you'll be restarting the level. Start out by
rotating the camera 90 degrees to the left and going into an eagle's eye view.
Use the gravity bender to land on the red paintshop to the top-left. If you
land far enough to the bottom-left of the paintshop then the mercoid won't
even notice you, but if it does, well, it's easy to outrun them, especially in
this level. Turn red and head back to the gravity bender and use it to land on
the red weighted switch above you. Once activated, stay on that platform and
go right towards the yellow paintshop. Turn yellow and head back to the
gravity bender yet again and use it to land on the yellow weighted switch on
the bottom of the screen. Go right up the conveyor belt and go through the
green paintshop, then head back towards the gravity bender and use it to land
on the green weighted switch above you. Go back to the gravity bender and use
it to land on or near the blue paintshop, then turn blue and head back to the
gravity bender for the final time, where you will use it to land on the final
blue weighted switch.

Remember: red --> yelllow --> green --> blue

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 42.00 = 4,200 45.25 = 4,525
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 87% = 2,175
Beacons: 4 = 2,000 X6 4 = 2,000 X6

It's actually very easy to get first place in this level. Just follow the
walkthrough above and get used to jumping with the gravity bender and you'll
get it.

Combo 1 [NAC1]

Getting through: Right off the bat you have three choices: 1) take the straight
path to the end and jump the gap to land on the left part of the conveyor belt
ares. 2) take the straight path to the end, then go right till you hit the end
and head straight for the conveyor belts. 3) follow the entire pathway to the
end and fall off right into the conveyor belts. For these, the 1st one will
cut off the most time but you'll lose a lot of mercury; the 2nd one will cut
off a lot of time and if you do it cleanly you'll probably keep almost all of
your mercury; the 3rd one will take the most time but if you're careful going
around the path you'll keep all of your mercury. My choice for the best way
to get first place? Go the 2nd way, aka straight, right, jump off. Now for the
conveyor belt part. Move the camera around so that it's easiest to move around
and not fall off. Take a few tries to get used to the easiest way to move. I
like focusing the camera rotated 90 degrees left when I'm on the left part of
the belts. Once you get to the top, then go up and right, and rotate the
camera 180 degrees so you can see yourself on the other side of the wall. Once
you fall down the first zig-zag ledges go right, and if you wanna cut down
some more time you can fall off that ledge before you goto the next zig-zag
ledges. Once on the ground, then go towards the gravity bender, and you have
two choices: 1) go onto the gravity bender and weave your way through the
ceiling path and you'll end by landing on the weighted red switch; 2) to cut
down time, use the gravity bender to just jump over the gap and land on the
weighted red switch. The first way will be the easiest, the second way will
cut down a lot of time but it'll probably take a few tries to land and live.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 29.17 = 2,917 X6 39.17 = 3,917 X6 me: 48.71 = 4,871 X6
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X6 60% = 1,500 X6 81% = 2,025 X6
Beacons: 1 = 500 1 = 500 1 = 500

Read the walkthrough above. You'll probably end up with a LOT of time left,
but the easiest way to get first is to take the 2nd choice and then the 1st
choice. I beat this with 41,000 with ease, so don't worry about taking the
very hard shortcuts.

Combo 2 [NAC2]

Time: 116s
Percentage: 80%
Beacons: 1

Getting through: This level is annoying if you don't know how to control the
mercury's momentum. Here are two major tips for this level:

1. All the spinner gates turn CLOCKWISE, meaning that you should ALWAYS be on
the left side of the spinner gate if you want the best and fastest entry.
2. The best way to activate the switches is to run the blobs into the corner
nearest the switch and then just tap the mercury towards the switch and it
will activate. Also, each switch requires that you stay on it for a full
second before it will activate it's corresponding spinner gate.

Now for the actual level: First, go into an eagle's eye view and zoom out a
bit. Go forward, splitting the mercury into two pieces. When bringing the left
piece over to the yellow paintshop, or bringing the right piece over to the
red paintshop, make sure that the piece you aren't focusing on doesn't touch
the conveyor belt, otherwise silver (or whatever color is currently in the
middle) will spew into the undesired side and mix to your displeasure. I first
brought over the yellow piece and then the red piece. Once both pieces were
near their gates, activate the yellow switch to let the red through the right
spinner gate. Once through, bring the red blob directly to the red switch next
to the gate it just went through, and then bring the yellow blob through its
gate. Once through, merge the two blobs near the top-right corner of the
section, creating one big yellow blob. Next, you will simultaneously hit the
yellow switch while using the outside corner of the wall that it's up against
to split the blob into two pieces. As the bottom piece continues left, the
gate on the left side will open due to the top piece still activating the gate
via the switch. When you are through, touch the red paintshop with the piece
in the upper section and then press the red switch next to the paintshop to
let the yellow blob through. Once that's through, merge the two pieces and
then go through the red paintshop yet again to turn the blob red. Next, keep
going up and you'll hit the drop bridge. Zoom in and rotate the camera 90
degrees to the left, then drop off a very, very small amount of mercury onto
the drop part of the bridge, then bring the camera back to how you had it
before as the bridge drops down. Now beware: there's a mercoid on the other
side of the bridge. If you are zoomed out, then it's easy to avoid it as you
can see where it is and which direction it is going in. Bring the red blob up
and into the teleporter, and on the other side just press up to go onto the
red weighted switch to light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 25.50 = 2,550 34.50 = 3,450
Minimum %: 93% = 2,325 X6 87% = 2,175 X6
Beacons: 1 = 500 X6 1 = 500 X6
Minimum Total: 19,500 19,500

Follow the walkthrough above. If you can get just 7% of the mercury to fall
off the bridge instead of 13%, then you'll have 9 more seconds to spare. But,
if you drop off more than the smallest bit of mercury (more than 7%) and the
mercoid takes one bite out of you, then just start over. There's no way to get
first place in this level with 45 seconds left on the clock. That being said,
in order for you to beat the level with over 34.5 seconds left on the clock
and with 87%, you really need to go fast just to make that time. I managed to
finish the level in 34.17 seconds left and with 93% of my mercury, and that's
with me taking the extra second to make sure that only 7% of the mercury fell
off the bridge, so it's very feasible to get first place if you get used to
the movement of the mercury and can use that speed to smoothly go throughout
the level.

Getting through: All I can say on this level is to be careful to not to let the
mercury split up and get you screwed up. Rotate the camera 90 degrees to the
right, go into an eagle's eye view, and zoom out a bit. Go up and right around
the gap, then down past the first ridge-flat-ridge path, then go down and
right around the gap, up the second ridge-ridge path, up and around, then down
the solid ridge path, where you must be VERY carefull not to split up. Once
past the solid ridge path, go right and up the path and hit the green switch.
Then go back around the path to almost the beginning and touch the red
paintshop to turn red, then go down the ridge-flat-ridge path and through the
gate you opened with the green switch. Hit the red switch and go right up the
ridge-ridge path and turn yellow, then keep going around the level till you
get to the yellow switch at the end. Go all the way back to the beginning of
the level and go through the gate you just opened up, and hit the switch to
light up the beacon.

Getting first place:

Minimum Time: 00.62 = 62 X6 13.12 = 1,312 X6
Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X6 50% = 1,250 X6
Beacons: 4 = 2,000 X6 4 = 2,000 X6
Minimum Total: 27,372 27,372

Follow the walkthrough above. You can either go through the level slowly,
making sure you lose little to no mercury, and finish the level with little
time left, or you can drop off 50% of the mercury right away to gain speed for
the rest of the level and try to beat it with time.

Bonus [NABN]

Getting through: Here's a level that has "wheeeeeeeeeeeeee" written all over it.
When you look at the overview of this level from the automatic moving camera,
I imagine you'll notice how many switches there are, and also those two
massive conveyor belts that are more like the Superman ride (trademark?), only
you just go up and don't come back down (well, in the same place, and safely
for that matter). First, go into an eagle's eye view and zoom in almost all
the way. Go up the Superman conveyor belt above you and land on the blue
paintshop. Turn blue and hit the switch, then go on the bottom superbelt and
land on the blue switch that's on the platform near the top of the superbelt.
Drop down and go left. Lure the mercoid near you by letting it see a piece of
you, but as soon as it does, go behind the wall to make sure it's stuck on the
other wall. After a few seconds the mercoid will go back and try to find
another way to reach you, and when it's out of the way, move in and hit the
blue weighted switch. Go up and right before you get to the red paintshop,
split yourself up on the mini-wall next to the paintshop where the gate once
was. Let one of the two blobs hit the red paintshop, then merge the two blobs
on the left wall to create a purple blob, then bring that to the top-left
corner of the level and hit the purple weighted switch there. Go right and
past the first conveyor belt, around the mini-wall, and go onto the conveyor
belt there to land on the green paintshop. Hit the green switch and go left.
Go up the top superbelt and land on the green switch that's on the platform
near the top of the superbelt, then hold down and go back on the superbelt to
launch yourself onto the green weighted switch that's suspended in mid-air on
the top-right of the level. If you miss it though, don't worry, as you can use
the gravity bender to do the same thing. Once you hit that switch, do the same
thing with the blue and red to turn purple on the other side of the level,
only this time you'll mix green and red to make yellow. Bring the yellow blob
down the bottom-right of the level, and just hold down over the conveyor belt
to hit the yellow weighted switch. Next, just hold left till you're past the
mesh of conveyor belts, and then use the slanted conveyor belt to land next to
the green paintshop. Go right and turn red, then go back to the center of the
level. This part may mess you up: Use the top superbelt to launch yourself
into the air and hold down as soon as you're in the air. Keep holding down and
a bit of the red should catch the red switch. Now, if you hold down a bit too
much, it'll go crazy on the bottom superbelt, but if you don't hold down for a
long enough time, it'll go crazy on the top superbelt. Both will result in a
loss of a lot of mercury. What you want to do is hold down for almost the
entire time and you should land on it, then land in the center of the level in
one piece. Next, go left and turn blue, then go right and split yourself up
on the mini-wall next to the green paintshop, then make the right blob turn
green, and then merge the two blobs together. Bring the cyan blob into the
center and repeat what you did for the red switch with the cyan switch on the
bottom superbelt. Once you hit that switch, the level is finally over, and so
is this very long walkthrough for this level.

Minimum %: 100% = 2,500 X6 41% = 1,025 X6
